Background checks
Prior to employment and annually thereafter, all employees must pass a national criminal background check. Clients are also emailed to notify them who will be working on their property with a link to view the employee’s background check results.

We are licensed as a property services janitorial contractor through the Bureau of Labor and Industries. Additionally, we are licensed as a Commercial Pesticide Operator through the Oregon Department of Agriculture to control moss on structures.
